Hi I am Gemma and I teach Yoga classes in Bury St. Edmunds and surrounding areas.

I teach Hatha and Vinyasa Flow to all Levels, as well as Pregnancy, Postnatal and Mother and Baby Yoga.

I hold Yoga teaching qualifications with the Zenways School of Yoga and Birthlight. Both are recognised by the Yoga Alliance Association which ensures safe teaching.

 

In addition to this i also spent time in an Indian Ashram in 2007, one of the homes of Yoga.

 

I teach with enthusiasm and devotion for the practice and love to see blossoming yoga practitioners on the mat! I am CRB checked and fully insured to work with adults and children.
